Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements with product managers and stakeholders
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Align delivery scope by explaining the business intent and desired outcomes to the team
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to keep sprints on schedule
• Coach the team on Scrum values and Agile practices to improve collaboration and quality
• Maintain a healthy backlog by clarifying scope, resolving ambiguity, and supporting prioritization

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• 3+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master or Agile lead
• Senior-level stakeholder management skills to align scope, priorities, and outcomes
• Strong requirements elicitation skills to capture, analyze, and document business needs
• Strong user story writing skills with acceptance criteria, including BDD/Gherkin where applicable
• Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to translate between business and technical audiences
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum Master certification
