Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement thorough communication strategies that reinforce broader organizational aims
• Cultivate and sustain authentic relationships with stakeholders across every tier of the organization
• Manage the creation and rollout of communication initiatives, both internally and externally
• Guide teams through organizational shifts while keeping messaging consistent and understandable
• Uncover opportunities to elevate communication methods and address any existing weaknesses
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives that require cooperation across different regions or business segments
• Deliver strategic direction and consistent updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Measure the success of communication efforts and adjust strategies according to performance results
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure communication initiatives align with larger organizational goals
• Support and coach team members to enhance communication abilities throughout the organization

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, with emphasis on genuine people management experience rather than team size
• Experience working in expansive, complex organizational contexts
• Background in global roles, engaging across various countries or regions rather than a single domestic market
• A solutions-oriented, strategic mindset geared toward practical outcomes
• Proficient in building strategies, introducing new ideas, and pinpointing improvement opportunities and organizational gaps
• Robust background in Change Management and guiding organizational transformation efforts
• Established history of managing senior-level stakeholders and influencing decisions at the executive tier
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously, reflecting strong project management capabilities
• Practical experience applying AI to resolve business-related issues
• Capable of articulating the reasoning behind AI adoption, including how opportunities are identified and the business value AI generates
• Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
