Job Description

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributes to the design and optimization of manufacturing engineering processes and factory operation.
  • Assists in evaluating equipment performance, implementing corrective actions, and supporting process improvements.
  • Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment

A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good teamwork, you will be required to work closely with peers to obtain common goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • The candidate must be in the process of acquiring a Bachelor, licenciatura or Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Good programming skills, C++, Perl, and/or Python.
  • Reading and interpreting HW specifications expertise.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
  • Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Fundamentals on Electromagnetic Theory, Signal Integrity, Power Delivery, Power conversion, Voltage regulator design, Modeling, Simulation Software.
  • Good communication skills, Great team player, willingness to learn and flexibility.
