About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our IT team and help secure our modern, cloud-first enterprise environment.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key security technologies, strengthen our overall security posture, improve and automate security operations, and collaborate closely with IT, R&D, DevOps, and business teams to enable secure business growth.

This is a hands-on role with broad ownership across endpoint, identity, network, SaaS, email, and AI security, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the organization's security strategy and day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

  • Own and continuously improve the organization's security infrastructure.
  • Manage and optimize enterprise security platforms, including:

Email Security

XDR platforms

CASB/SASE solutions

Google Workspace Security

Firewalls and network security

  • Design and maintain Zero Trust access policies.
  • Lead vulnerability management and remediation programs.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents.
  • Perform SaaS security reviews and vendor security assessments.
  • Secure enterprise AI platforms and establish AI governance practices.
  • Build security automations and workflows.
  • Partner with IT, R&D, and DevOps teams to integrate security into operational processes.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new security technologies.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Security or Security Engineering.
  • Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms.
  • Strong experience with CASB/SASE solutions.
  • Experience securing SaaS environments.
  • Experience with MDM platforms.
  • Experience managing and securing Google Workspace environments.
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, Routing, Firewalls).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
