Role description
We're searching for an experienced Forecast Analyst who will focus on understanding and analyzing automotive markets, customer forecasts, and Mobileye's commercial portfolio. The core of this role is to gather and interpret data from customers, market databases, and internal systems; challenge assumptions; and provide decision-ready insights to management, alongside Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Business Development at Mobileye.
The ideal candidate thrives on analysis, planning, and self-learning, works confidently with external stakeholders and global internal teams, and is motivated to improve recurring processes through automation, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
What will your job look like
- Conduct automotive market intelligence : track industry trends, vehicle production and sales, competitive activity, and other external developments.
- Analyze business and industry data - customer forecasts, project volumes, financial inputs, and key operational metrics, using Excel, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Support Mobileye's forecasting process and provide market and competitive context.
- Analyze Mobileye's projects and customer data and connect detailed assumptions to the broader company outlook.
- Communicate with external customers and internal teams to gather information, clarify data, and support ongoing planning cycles.
- Work with Sales/BizDev, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Strategy, and global teams to share data, resolve gaps, and support planning discussions.
- Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and management-ready summaries that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve recurring workflows - define business processes, build dashboards, and develop AI agents and automations (e.g., using Cursor, Claude, and similar tools) to make analysis faster, more reliable, and repeatable.
All you need is
- At least 4 years of relevant business analyst or analytical experience , ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or commercial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field (MBA - an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills ; comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets
- Advanced Excel and solid experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar)
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to improve the day-to-day tasks, build workflows, dashboards, or automations
- Excellent English - written and spoken; comfortable presenting to management and working with international stakeholders
- Process-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the automotive OEM/Tier-1 ecosystem and forecasting cycles - Advantage
- Experience with automotive market databases (e.g., S&P Global Mobility / IHS) - Advantage
