Role description

We are building a Lead Python Developer role to advance GenAI applications and observability solutions with scalable, well-instrumented Python systems. You will apply strong Python engineering and agentic development frameworks to implement Open Telemetry tracing, multi-agent observability, and AI architecture patterns from concept through production - apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Design core software solutions in Python, covering development, packaging and binarizing
  • Implement Open Telemetry observability for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
  • Build and integrate GenAI technologies with agentic development frameworks
  • Execute agentic evaluations to validate quality and performance
  • Architect AI solutions that satisfy scalability and reliability requirements
  • Deliver GenAI applications from concept through production release
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI engineering initiatives
  • Leverage distributed processing frameworks to support large-scale workloads

Requirements

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of core software engineering in Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
  • Deep understanding of Open Telemetry observability, distributed tracing and multi-agent observability implementation
  • Expert-level knowledge of GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with agentic evaluations
  • Solid background in AI architecture, AI engineering and GenAI application development
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Skills in Ray
