Role description

We are seeking a Lead AI Security Testing Engineer to develop and implement AI-agentic solutions supporting security testing and vulnerability management processes. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the client's security team to proactively identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities using advanced, AI-driven agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows
  • Build robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines
  • Perform LLM fine-tuning (utilizing LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques) specifically optimized for security domains
  • Generate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing
  • Perform security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions
  • Provide guidance and share best practices with internal security team on AI-driven secure testing methodologies
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the overall development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer
  • Proficiency in Python and Rust
  • Proficiency in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
  • Expertise in Vulnerability Management
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Knowledge of Security Testing Methodologies
  • Familiarity with Security Testing Tools
