Job Description
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, talent strategy, and change initiatives.
- Lead key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and employee development.
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and a strong employee experience.
- Provide trusted HR guidance on employee relations and organizational challenges.
- Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support the full employee lifecycle and collaborate on impactful people programs.
This is a temporary position for one year.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in a global organization.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and business teams (Sales/GTM experience - an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, prioritize, and execute in a dynamic environment.
- Interest and experience leveraging AI tools to improve HR effectiveness.
