Role description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities
- Take part in Knowledge Transfer sessions to develop a thorough grasp of the product
- Gain proficiency in configuration tasks, including rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes
- Draft Epics, Features, and User Stories within MS Azure DevOps to facilitate delivery of complex functionality
- Establish and update a knowledge repository capturing Knowledge Transfer sessions and associated work using MS Office and SharePoint
- Provide support for configuration tasks tied to product rollout
- Handle the triage of production issues on behalf of the CORE team
- Prepare and maintain documents that clarify identified issues
- Compose user requirements documents that outline recommended solutions
- Support requirement gathering and estimation activities
- Coordinate with business users, vendor Business Analysts, and the development team to resolve issues and define next steps
Requirements
- At least 2 years of applicable experience
- Background working as a BA/CA within the Commercial Insurance sector
- Experience contributing to migration projects
- Strong capability in analyzing documentation
- Sound knowledge of the insurance industry
- Skilled in SQL
- Experience capturing requirements throughout Knowledge Transfer sessions
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher), including direct communication experience with customers
