Role description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This position offers the chance to work on advanced initiatives within the insurance industry while collaborating with a range of teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Take part in Knowledge Transfer sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product
  • Build expertise in configuration tasks, including rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes
  • Draft Epics, Features, and User Stories in MS Azure DevOps to support delivery of intricate functionality
  • Set up and maintain a knowledge repository capturing Knowledge Transfer sessions and associated activities using MS Office and SharePoint
  • Support configuration work related to product implementation
  • Oversee the triage process for production issues on behalf of the CORE team
  • Produce and update documentation that details identified issues
  • Author user requirements documents outlining proposed solutions
  • Assist with requirement elicitation and estimation efforts
  • Coordinate with business users, vendor Business Analysts, and the development team to address issues and define next steps

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience as a BA/CA within the Commercial Insurance sector
  • Experience participating in migration projects
  • Skilled in documentation analysis
  • Strong understanding of the insurance domain
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience capturing requirements during Knowledge Transfer sessions
  • Strong English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with experience communicating directly with customers
