Senior Python Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join our team. The project is focused on developing skills related to AI and Agent design. The developer must be solid on Python and have experience working with either AWS or GCP from a development role perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom agents from scratch based on input and specifications provided by analysts and product owners
• Integrate custom agents with existing systems to ensure seamless and reliable functionality
• Design solutions with scalability in mind to accommodate future growth and evolving requirements
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise while maintaining high-quality standards
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight project deadlines
• Conduct technical research to explore new technologies and methodologies that support continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with a team of 3 to 5 colleagues, contributing to a shared vision and common goals

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working as a Python developer in both traditional and cloud environments, such as AWS or GCP
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with USA-based customers without supervision
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues effectively
• Familiarity with scalable architecture and the ability to adapt solutions to changing project needs
• Strong analytical skills for conducting technical research and proposing optimized solutions
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on clear communication and teamwork within a small, Agile group
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Proficiency in custom agent development, at least to proof-of-concept level, with a strong understanding of integration techniques
• Understanding of key AI concepts, such as MCP, A2A protocol, RAG, and similar technologies
