Role description

We are looking for an AI leader to build and run an AI Center of Excellence for a data-focused organization, setting strategy, standards, and governance for responsible AI adoption. You will align stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance while enabling secure, compliant AI platforms and measurable outcomes - apply to help shape the enterprise AI program.

Responsibilities

  • Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and COE operating model
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders to align AI standards, best practices, and success measures
  • Advise executive leadership on AI trends, risks, opportunities, and pragmatic adoption paths
  • Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and responsible AI guardrails
  • Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services for policy and regulatory alignment
  • Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms with focus on AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to build scalable, secure integrations
  • Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines for AI solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align governance, priorities, and ROI
  • Develop adoption playbooks, training programs, and communication plans to grow AI maturity
  • Track and report enterprise AI metrics, compliance status, and value realization to leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading AI technology management initiatives across teams
  • Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making
  • Proven project delivery experience defining roadmaps, operating models, and success metrics
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude
  • Strong governance knowledge across AI-DLC and Agile Lifecycle Management practices
  • Solid data fundamentals aligned with Data Engineering Essentials
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
