Role description
We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our team in Budapest.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update personnel files, employee folders, and HR databases
- Organize, process, and archive HR-related documentation
- Support the administration and monitoring of leave management and other time-related employee data
- Administer cafeteria benefits, tax allowances, and employee expense reimbursements
- Participate in conducting background checks for new hires and existing employees
- Support the organization and local coordination of mandatory medical check-ups and eye examinations
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People Operations team
- Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of local company events
Requirements
- Active full-time student status, with at least one year of active studies remaining (preferably in an HR-related field)
- Availability to work 25 - 30 hours per week
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian
- Experience in general administrative tasks, preferably within HR administration
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Confident computer skills, including MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
