Senior Fullstack Developer (JavaScript & React)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript and React to join our team. Responsibilities

• Design and build robust, scalable features spanning both frontend and backend layers of our applications
• Take part in architectural discussions and contribute to decisions that shape the long-term direction of our systems
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability across the codebase
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting production systems
• Support the deployment and operational stability of applications running in cloud environments
• Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices, tools, and processes within the team
• Participate in planning sessions to estimate effort and scope for upcoming initiatives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential value for the team
• Provide guidance and support to fellow engineers throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies, including JavaScript, ES6, React, Next.js, HTML/HTML5, CSS/Sass/Less, and XHR
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• Database expertise across MySQL, NoSQL, and CosmosDB
• Ability to lead technical direction across all application layers and enforce consistent coding standards
• Experience conducting thorough code reviews with a focus on quality, performance, and security
• Solid expertise designing and developing microservices, along with deploying them on Azure cloud
• Experience driving production readiness through health checks, graceful degradation, and rollback strategies
• Skilled in producing clear technical documentation, including ADRs, integration guides, and runbooks
• Experience implementing monitoring and alerting dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace
• Ability to define SLOs for critical services and establish effective observability practices
• Capable of proactively identifying technical risks and blockers before they affect delivery
• First-hand experience with Vibe Coding using various AI tools
• Experience championing AI-assisted development practices, including code generation, test scaffolding, PR reviews, and pairing to drive measurable productivity gains
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, acting as the primary technical point of contact across multiple teams
• Ability to translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring team members and delivering regular status updates with honest risk assessments
• Ability to foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team
• Excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
