Role description
You will own the enablement, technical uplift, and co-selling motion that gets our MSSP and service-provider partners confidently selling Radware solutions to their end users and make an impact on the market.
What You'll Do
- Build, run and own the enablement programs for MSSP, including sales plays and technical positioning.
- Translate Radware's capabilities into language a partner's sales team can sell and a partner's SOC/engineering team can operate.
- Develop reusable enablement assets: playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling, and use-case libraries tailored to the local market and MSSP partner.
- Build and manage joint go-to-market plans with each partner: target segments, pipeline goals, marketing motions, and QBR cadence.
- Act as the primary relationship and success point between Radware and its MSSP partners - commercially credible with their leadership, technically credible with their engineers.
- Feed market and partner insight back into product, marketing, and regional leadership.
What You Bring (Required)
- 10 years in the cybersecurity and/or networking industry.
- Demonstrated track record of driving partners, MSSPs, or service providers to sell to end users
- Genuine background in networking and cybersecurity , with hands-on familiarity with DDoS protection and application security such as WAF, API protection).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills , and strong soft skills: influence without authority, coaching, relationship-building, and cross-cultural fluency.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, target-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy
Nice to Have
- Direct experience selling or enabling DDoS mitigation and/or AppSec solutions.
- Existing relationships within the Singapore / ASEAN MSSP and carrier ecosystem.
- Experience with "as-a-service" / recurring-revenue security models.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., cloud DDoS and WAF providers).
- Additional spoken regional language capability (such as Mandarin) can an asset given potential ASEAN reach.
