Principal Forward Deployed AI Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Forward Deployed AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI delivery across multiple streams, leading mini-teams and partnering closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers and analysts to design, build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and pipelines in SAP HANA Cloud
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Optimize data processing and performance in HANA Cloud environments
• Collaborate with business analysts to support analytics and reporting needs
• Ensure system reliability and proactively resolve technical issues
• Apply best practices for data governance and security within solutions

Requirements

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HANA Cloud
• Completion of HA300 training is a plus
• Good command of the English language
• Experience translating Data Bricks/Alteryx/Knime models into HANA Cloud
• Experience in HANA Cloud optimization
• Understanding of HADES list apps
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong advantage

Nice to have

• Familiarity with advanced data engineering concepts and tools
• Background in analytics for manufacturing processes
