  • Experience with SharePoint Online from an application perspective, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and REST/Graph API, with SPFx exposure considered a plus
  • Understanding of AI capabilities in Microsoft 365, such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, with the ability to scope, design, or support AI-enabled solutions; experience with agent-based automations is desirable
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing Power Platform and modern SharePoint experiences
  • Strong grasp of incident, problem, change, and release management processes, with experience running production support for business-critical applications
  • Experience building solutions with standard Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, Graph/REST APIs, and basic SQL/data handling
  • Ability to document solutions, configurations, and runbooks, while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and compliance
  • Excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher)

  • Knowledge of Power BI, data modeling, and performance optimization for analytics scenarios
  • Understanding of DLP policies, data residency, and role-based access within Power Platform and M365
  • Experience setting up and managing dev/test/prod environments, feature flags, and configuration
