We are Wix's IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers, servers, hardware, software, and events on a global scale. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring, using the newest technology for device management services, Ansible, and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring, purchasing, security incidences, SLM, CRM, etc.
Job description
As a System Administrator / IT Engineer on the IPE (Internal Platform Engineering) team, you will manage, optimize, and secure our global IT infrastructure and cloud environments. You will be responsible for enterprise identity management, endpoint administration, cloud operations, and leveraging modern AI tools to automate workflows. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our global systems run seamlessly, securely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise identity, access management , and directory services using Okta and Google Workspace.
- Manage global endpoints, configuration profiles, and compliance policies using Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows/Linux).
- Evaluate, implement, and leverage AI-driven tools and automation to optimize system processes, resolve tickets faster, and streamline IT operations.
- Provide advanced (Tier 2/3) technical support and escalation management for complex hardware, software, network, and SaaS issues globally.
- Manage automated user onboarding and offboarding workflows across all core identity platforms and applications.
- Maintain, monitor, and document local and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, IT Engineer, or Senior IT Support Specialist in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with identity management platforms, specifically Okta and Google Workspace.
- Proven expertise in endpoint management using Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Hands-on experience administering cloud infrastructure within GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with additional tools such as Meraki, Jira, Slack, and Active Directory / Azure AD
- Active interest or practical experience in applying AI tools for scripting, automation, workflow optimization, or IT operational efficiency.
- Deep experience supporting and troubleshooting multi-OS environments (macOS, Windows, Linux).
- Solid understanding of core network principles, security protocols, and SaaS ecosystem management.
- Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Availability for participating in an on-call IT rotation as needed.
