We are looking for job title : Cloud Solutions Architect and Operations Manager
You'll create impact by
- Lead end-to-end operations for SaaS applications in cloud environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and SLA compliance.
- Drive migrations from internal data centres to cloud environments across multiple business-related applications.
- Establish and maintain operational governance for custom cloud applications and third-party SaaS solutions.
- Align cloud operations with enterprise, security, and regulatory requirements through consistent processes and controls.
- Act as the primary infrastructure contact, leading incident resolution, solving, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Develop and optimise runbooks, operational workflows, KPIs, and partner concern processes to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure SLA alignment and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Service Owners, Security, Architecture, Finance, and external partners to deliver continuous improvement initiatives..
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- 7-10 years of relevant experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect and Operations Manager .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience managing SaaS applications in cloud environments with full operational ownership.
- Strong expertise in incident management, problem-solving, and multi-vendor coordination.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerised architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS), Azure Stack, Terraform, AWS CDK/CDKTF, GitLab pipelines, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Datadog.
- Practical programming experience with Node.js, .NET, and Python.
- Demonstrable ability to lead operations with a hands-on approach, structured governance, strong partner communication, and excellent English proficiency.
