Role description
We are looking for an AI Solution Consultant to assist with technical enablement programs, bootcamps, and workshop facilitation, supporting faster developer adoption of SAP's Golden Path Agentic AI framework across CPIT.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical bootcamps and interactive enablement sessions
- Provide hands-on, code-driven learning rather than relying on slide presentations
- Develop demos, labs, and reusable materials for enablement purposes
- Create workflows, automations, and solution packages that boost adoption rates and enhance enablement results
- Connect the process of building AI agents with successfully deploying them into production
- Assist with consultation initiatives and self-directed learning resources
- Travel on-site to conduct sessions when required
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in software development experience
- At least 2 years working with LangGraph and MLflow
- Mid-to-senior level Python skills, including backend development experience
- Moderate experience with Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent)
- Mid-to-advanced capability with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot
- Solid foundation in AI engineering and software development
- Strong communication abilities and skill in technical storytelling
- Confidence in leading interactive workshops and bootcamp sessions
- Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and quickly gaining expertise in unfamiliar areas
- B2-level English proficiency or above
Nice to have
- Background in creating workflow and automation solutions that streamline processes and strengthen enablement programs
- Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development methodologies
