Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven, proactive, and service-oriented Employee Services Representative to join our team in a full-time position.

If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making a positive impact on employees' day-to-day experience, this role is for you.

As part of the Employee Services team, you will combine hands-on employee support with opportunities to improve the way we work. While providing front desk services is an important part of the role, you'll also be encouraged to identify employee needs, suggest new ideas, improve existing processes, and lead initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience across the organization.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys collaborating with others, and is motivated to turn ideas into action.

Major Responsibilities

  • Work in shifts to provide front desk services to Check Point IL employees, supporting day-to-day needs such as meals, kitchenettes, cellular services, deliveries, office supplies, expenses, business cards, and additional employee service requests.
  • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and solution-oriented service experience to employees, visitors, and callers, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees by understanding their needs, providing timely support, and helping create a positive workplace experience.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional partners to continuously improve employee services and workplace processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing services, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience through creative thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Initiate, lead, and execute employee services and facilities-related projects from idea through implementation, taking ownership throughout the entire process.
  • Contribute new ideas and recommendations based on employee feedback and day-to-day interactions, helping shape future employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications

  • BA in Behavioral Science or equivalent - preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • A proactive, independent, and resourceful approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Excellent English.
  • Experience in administration, employee services, hospitality, or another dynamic service-oriented environment - an advantage.
