AI Software Engineer

We are building a new AI department focused on shaping the next generation of intelligent products and internal solutions across the company.

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer who is passionate about combining software engineering with modern AI technologies to create real-world impact. In this role, you will take part in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered capabilities, working hands-on with backend systems, data pipelines, and advanced AI models

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate AI-based features into existing products and internal platforms

Build scalable backend services and data pipelines using Python and .NET Core

Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and custom integrations

Support data preparation, preprocessing, and AI workflow optimization

Develop rapid Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new AI technologies and approaches

Collaborate closely with engineering teams and leadership to transform ideas into production-ready solutions

Requirements

1 - 2 years of hands-on software development experience or a strong portfolio of practical AI/software projects

Strong development skills in Python and .NET (C#)

Experience working with REST APIs, OOP principles, databases, and Git

Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems, including LLM APIs and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face

Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Familiarity with Vector Databases and RAG architectures

Basic understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Advantage
