Part Time Working Student (Extinguishing System Engineer)

We are looking for a Part time Working Student ( Extinguishing System Engineer ) to be located in Kartal. This role will be responsible for performing hydraulic calculations and drawing projects of extinguishing systems.

What part will you play?

• Performing hydraulic calculations for gaseous fire extinguishing systems and determining the equipment to be used.
• Performing calculations for watermist fire extinguishing systems and determining the equipment.
• Creating shop drawings for gaseous and watermist fire extinguishing systems.
• Creating as-built projects.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Mechanical Engineering
• Able to work 2.5 days/week
• Good command of English
• Motivation and interest in working on extinguishing systems
• Ability to document and demonstrate solutions and processes by preparing documentation
• AutoCAD tools knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong self-organization including ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Teammate with highly collaborative, self-motivated, positive and upbeat attitude
• Committed to quality oriented, tidy, and well documented business delivery
• Comfortable interpreting and understanding unfamiliar concepts
