Mandatory Skill-set & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 - 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET (Core / Framework) and object-oriented programming.
• Working experience with Generative AI, GitHub CoPilot and prompt engineering.
• Experience with prototyping, rapid development, and technical proof-of-concepts.
• Understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Solid understanding of Git and modern development workflows.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Soft Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET (Core/Framework).
• Build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and design directions.
• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle - from requirements to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modernize existing systems and components.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and bring innovation to the team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with healthcare platforms, HL7/FHIR, DICOM, or regulated environments.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is an added advantage.
• Background in product development, especially early-stage or R&D-driven environments.
