Role description

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong infrastructure fundamentals to join our growing team in Haifa

In this role, you'll be responsible for deploying, automating, securing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS

You'll work closely with developers, architects, security teams, and product teams to improve cloud reliability, streamline deployments, support cloud migration initiatives, and strengthen infrastructure operations

What You'll Do

Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS

Support core infrastructure services including networking, compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery

Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable application and infrastructure delivery

Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks

Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and capacity

Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance issues

Configure and manage identity, access control, and network security across cloud environments

Support security, compliance, and governance requirements across Azure and AWS

Assist with cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software delivery lifecycle

What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Azure and AWS cloud environments

Strong infrastructure background, including Networking, Compute, Storage, Linux and Windows operating systems, Security fundamentals

Backup and disaster recovery concepts

Solid experience with cloud networking concepts such as VNets, VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform

Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI

Experience with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm

Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Zabbix

Understanding of cloud security concepts including IAM, RBAC, policies, encryption, and least-privilege access

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bonus Points

On-premises infrastructure experience, including VMware, Hyper-V, physical servers, storage platforms, and networking hardware

Hybrid-cloud experience connecting and operating across on-premises and cloud environments

Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer

Experience with DevSecOps practices and cloud security best practices

Knowledge of Cloud FinOps and cost optimization practices
