Job Description
At Check Point, Total Rewards plays a key role in attracting, retaining, and supporting our people globally. We are looking for a Global Benefits Manager to build and lead our global benefits function and create clear ownership for this critical part of the employee experience.
This new role combines benefits expertise, global program management, vendor governance, benchmarking, compliance, and operational excellence. You will help shape how Check Point designs, manages, communicates, and scales benefits across countries, working closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, Employee Experience, brokers, and vendors.
As AI expands across HR, this role will also modernize benefits data, improve access to information, reduce manual work, and deliver more consistent support for employees, managers, and HR teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Own Check Point's global benefits strategy, governance model, and roadmap.
- Build and maintain a global benefits inventory covering offerings, statutory requirements, vendors, costs, renewals, eligibility, and employee-facing materials.
- Lead benchmarking and market analysis to assess competitiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Design, harmonize, and optimize benefits programs across health, retirement, leave, wellbeing, family, insurance, and lifestyle offerings.
- Manage broker, insurer, consultant, and provider relationships, including renewals, RFPs, negotiations, service quality, and issue resolution.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, HRIS, Employee Experience, and local teams to ensure benefits are compliant, cost-effective, scalable, and well executed.
- Strengthen benefits governance, documentation, audit readiness, regulatory tracking, and decision-making processes.
- Improve benefits communications, self-service, knowledge management, and HR enablement.
- Use data and AI tools to improve visibility, generate insights, reduce manual work, and support better decisions.
- Prepare executive recommendations, dashboards, and business cases on benefits competitiveness, spend, utilization, risks, and vendor performance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related HR role, including multi-country benefits experience.
- Strong understanding of global benefits programs, vendor management, renewals, compliance, communications, and operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with benefits data, cost trends, utilization, market benchmarks, and business cases.
- Proactive, organized, accountable, and able to prioritize in a complex global environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex benefits topics into clear guidance.
- High attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and confidence working with data, dashboards, reports, and documentation.
- Global mindset and ability to collaborate across cultures, functions, regions, and time zones.
