Which department will you join?

The AV (Autonomous Vehicles) Operation and Validation group leads Mobileye's AV testing and experimentation to achieve real-time performance evaluation and offline validation analysis. The team provides accurate, high-impact feedback on every cutting-edge technology that enables fully autonomous driving capabilities - including sensing, mapping, control, and more.

We are looking for vehicle enthusiasts with strong technical and analytical abilities to join our advanced validation efforts. This role involves driving approximately 5 hours a day with our latest products across various customer vehicle models, delivering critical insights on the driving experience and overall system performance.

What will your job look like?

  • Execute end-to-end full-day test drives: scenario comprehension, route planning, vehicle preparation, data upload, and event reporting.
  • Test-drive advanced autonomous and semi-autonomous systems under complex, real-world conditions while maintaining maximum road safety.
  • Identify, monitor, and tag critical edge cases and system events in real time.
  • Operate and troubleshoot complex vehicle hardware/software systems independently on-site.
  • Deliver clear, structured, and insightful reports evaluating system performance and user experience.
  • Design driving validation scenarios and test plans for relevant use cases.
  • Analyze aggregated vehicle data over extensive driving hours to extract key performance trends.
  • Actively support the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and validation pipelines.

All you need is

  • B.Sc. in Exact Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field - MUST
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and substantial experience on diverse vehicle models - MUST
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English - MUST
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and strong technical/troubleshooting skills - Advantage
  • Background in data analysis, experimental design, or scientific research - Advantage
  • Advanced or defensive driving certifications/courses - Advantage
  • High attention to detail, strong self-learning skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for global validation campaigns (approx. 1 - 2 times per quarter).
