Role description

We are expanding our Data Transformation team with a Lead Data Analyst focused on Front Office (ART 1) customer data initiatives.

You will lead the transformation and migration of customer master data into SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring consistent outcomes across sales, distribution, and commercial processes. If you can drive readiness checks and data validation through to completion, apply now

Responsibilities

  • Partner in an agile environment with business and technical teams to define migration requirements and uncover dependencies
  • Implement data mapping and execute migrations in collaboration with business and functional analysts
  • Collaborate with the business to drive customer data cleanup
  • Coordinate with data conversion and data load teams to run end-to-end migration activities
  • Assist with creating data quality and readiness checks and identify solution changes that may impact those checks
  • Troubleshoot issues across data extraction, conversion, and load steps
  • Validate migrated data accuracy against expected outcomes and acceptance criteria
  • Assist with shaping lifecycle processes to support ongoing governance
  • Support migration and governance of customer master data across sales and distribution processes
  • Liaise with commercial and sales teams to define customer data requirements and resolve missing or inconsistent data
  • Validate customer hierarchies, account structures, and sales area data for S/4 readiness
  • Identify and remediate inconsistencies that affect order processing and customer lifecycle data

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of master data management and governance
  • Proven track record with 5+ years of manufacturing process knowledge or work in a manufacturing environment applying data governance principles
  • Hands-on experience with 4+ years working with data, data tables, and ETL processes
  • Solid SAP experience with 4+ years working in the SAP environment at an intermediate level or above
  • Practical experience within a supply chain organization
  • Demonstrated strength in problem solving and complex analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate SQL capability
  • Ability to stay proactive, collaborative, and persistent in delivery
  • Highly organized approach with attention to detail and rigor
  • Advanced English level (C1+ / Advanced)
