Role description
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with expertise in .NET/Java to lead technical teams and ensure seamless delivery in complex software projects. This role demands a strong background in delivery management, technical acumen and the ability to navigate offshore-onshore models effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage teams working across offshore-onshore models, focusing on seamless collaboration
- Facilitate understanding and implementation of Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications, Kafka architectures and APIs
- Analyze sprint data to identify risks and ensure alignment with sprint goals
- Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve challenges via coordination and strategic thinking
- Assist with internal communication, improve transparency and drive information sharing
- Contribute towards the enhancement of Agile practices within the organization
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes and conflict resolution
- Manage and coordinate release/versioning processes effectively
- Support technical navigation of EDM end-to-end implementations
Requirements
- 15 to 18 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in Delivery Management and handling Fixed Budget Projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Background in playing the Technical Delivery Management role for at least 4 years in software development teams
- Expertise in .NET/Java technologies and Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications and Kafka architectures
- Strong communication, facilitation and coaching competencies for guiding teams and stakeholders
