Role description
We are looking for
A Quality Engineering Student for our Aerospace division site in Karmiel
Join a quality engineering team at the heart of production lines manufacturing a wide range of products and platforms for aircraft. From leading failure investigations to conducting audits for customers and authorities from Israel and around the world - this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an advanced defense industry, impact product quality, and grow professionally alongside experienced engineers
In this role you will
Handle quality events on production lines and provide day-to-day support
Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis (RCCA)
Manage non-conforming material (NC) through MRB boards
Lead and conduct internal and external audits and prepare for customer and authority reviews
Address internal and external customer complaints
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customer interfaces
Requirements
Student pursuing a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or Quality & Reliability Engineering, with at least two years of studies remaining
Availability of at least 4 days per week
Experience in an electronics or opto-mechanical manufacturing facility - advantage
Experience in quality within industry - advantage
High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Assertiveness, ability to lead cross-functional processes, and a service-oriented mindset
