About the Role

We're looking for a Director of Forward Deployed Engineering to lead the creation of this function.

This is a foundational role , where you will operate as an individual contributor , with full ownership of building the approach, proving the impact, and shaping the direction. Based on scale and needs, the role may evolve over time.

This is a highly hands-on position (100%) , focused on execution - working directly with business teams to implement AI solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with business teams to implement AI solutions in real workflows
  • Build and deliver end-to-end solutions (agents, automations, tools)
  • Drive adoption and validate impact through real usage
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and needs
  • Bridge between business problems and technical implementation
  • Identify repeatable patterns and feed them back into the broader platform

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience delivering AI-based solutions end-to-end
  • Solid engineering or solution architecture background
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders
  • Execution-oriented mindset, focused on impact
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Experience working independently in highly dynamic environments
