Role description
Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev (Aerospace) is looking for an HR Student to join a professional and dynamic team in a meaningful role that offers the opportunity to take part in core HR processes at the heart of organizational operations. In this role you will
Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers in the Operations division
Deliver day-to-day HR services and accompany employees throughout their lifecycle in the organization
Partner in leading end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
Assist in planning and executing employee welfare and engagement events
Support cross-organizational HR initiatives
Work in a multi-interface environment alongside various stakeholders within and outside the organization
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least two years of studies remaining
Studies in Organizational Sociology, Human Services, Organizational Consulting, or Behavioral Sciences
Availability of 4 working days per week
Proficiency in Office applications
Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
Proactivity, initiative, personal accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills
High motivation to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources
