Technical Product Lead

We are looking for a Technical Product Lead to join the team building the next generation of Agentic Warfare systems

In This Role You Will

Lead capability definition, shape the system, and influence its architecture - from concept through operational deployment

Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with operational, technological, and business needs

Translate operational needs into capabilities, system requirements, and technological solutions

Collaborate with software, systems engineering, AI/ML, UX, integration, testing, and trial teams throughout the product lifecycle

Lead professional interfaces with customers, users, and development stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Drive system design and strategic thinking processes in the areas of Intelligent Agents, autonomous capabilities, decision-making, and the integration of AI capabilities into operational systems

Requirements

B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in product management, systems engineering, software architecture, or technical leadership roles

Experience working with complex software systems in a diverse technological environment

Experience leading capability or product development - from definition through implementation

Ability to understand technologies in depth, analyze complex systems, and engage in professional discussions across multiple engineering disciplines

Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, autonomous systems, multi-agent architectures, or Agentic AI systems - an advantage

Familiarity with Command and Control (C4I) or operational systems - an advantage

High level of English proficiency

Strong technological curiosity, systems thinking, ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment, independent thinking, and excellent interpersonal and cross-functional

collaboration skills
