Student - Supply Coordinator

For our site in Modi'in, we are looking for a responsible, service-oriented, and organized Student - Supply Coordinator to join a dynamic, multi-tasking environment

In this role you will

Coordinate and track deliveries with suppliers

Work on an ongoing basis with internal organizational interfaces

Handle purchase orders, update statuses, and monitor delivery timelines

Address delays and provide real-time solutions

Generate reports and track performance metrics

Work with ERP systems and Office applications

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineering & Management students - advantage

Availability of at least 3 days per week

Proficiency in Excel and Office applications

Experience working with ERP systems - advantage

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-up capabilities

Personal responsibility, independence, high service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
