Role description

We are seeking an End-User Support Engineer to deliver reliable on-site support for our teams in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle Windows endpoint administration, Microsoft Intune device support, and IT service operations. This opportunity calls for a consistent on-site presence at the Krakow office each day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user technical support onsite and remotely
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, printers, and scanners
  • Coordinate with service providers and network engineers to resolve issues
  • Maintain and support meeting room technology and related equipment
  • Meet service level agreements and ticket response time targets
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications
  • Manage incident tickets efficiently through to resolution
  • Oversee server room operations and ongoing maintenance
  • Organize and manage IT equipment cabling
  • Follow IT-related work instructions and documented procedures
  • Maintain and update hardware inventory records

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience of 2+ years in a comparable technical support position
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals and practical troubleshooting methods
  • Practical experience with Windows endpoint administration and support
  • Solid background in IT service operations and widely used best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and user support
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Clear willingness to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving environments
  • Ability to stay effective and organized when working under pressure
  • Comfort with following instructions and guidance from direct supervisors
  • Proficiency in English and Polish at level C1+ or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
  • Experience supporting MacOS and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with remote access tools for troubleshooting and support
