Role description

We are recruiting an End-User Support Engineer to ensure smooth day-to-day IT support for employees across the on-site.

You will apply network troubleshooting, Windows endpoint administration, Microsoft Intune support, and IT service operations practices. This role requires you to be at the Krakow office every day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users onsite and remotely
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, printers, and scanners
  • Coordinate with service providers and network engineers for issue resolution
  • Support and maintain meeting room technology and equipment
  • Ensure service level agreements and ticket response times are met
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications
  • Manage and resolve incident tickets efficiently
  • Oversee server room operations and maintenance
  • Organize and manage IT equipment cabling
  • Follow all IT-related work instructions and procedures
  • Maintain and update records of hardware inventory

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting techniques
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows endpoint administration and management
  • Working knowledge of IT service operations and best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and support
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines
  • Readiness to follow instructions from direct supervisors and internal processes
  • Proficiency in English and Polish at level C1+ or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
  • Experience supporting MacOS and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with remote access tools for troubleshooting and support
