We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary R&D programs and drive the successful delivery of innovative hardware and software products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional R&D programs from planning through delivery, ensuring predictable execution and on-time milestones.
  • Drive project planning, tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate technical activities across development, integration, testing, deployment, and product release.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Support, and external partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify execution risks, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Own program status reporting and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of development processes and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary technology programs involving hardware and software integration.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving the development and launch of new hardware products.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with project planning and tracking tools such as Jira and Gantt-based systems.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.

  • Experience working in fast-paced R&D environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
