Mission

Help design Sturtup cash-flow intelligence engine while serving as a credibility anchor on customer

Core Responsibilities

• Design cash-flow logic and early warning triggers
• Help build a Financial Health Score for 0 - 10 employee service businesses
• Translate messy accounting data into decision rules
• Guide offshore team on financial logic implementation
• Join customer calls to build trust and credibility

Mandatory Requirements

• Active US CPA license
• 5+ years experience working with 0 - 10 employee service-based SMBs
• Direct advisory experience with business owners (not only filings)
• Strong cash flow management expertise
• Experience identifying early financial distress signals
• Comfortable explaining financial concepts in simple language
