Role description

We are seeking a Senior SAP PM Consultant with solid experience in S/4HANA to join a high-impact implementation project in the agribusiness sector in Argentina.

The position requires a functional profile with strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM), experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Work is performed in a hybrid model in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP PM module within S/4HANA
  • Analyze and document preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes
  • Develop functional documentation, including Blueprint, technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals
  • Configure technical objects and manage maintenance orders throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure end-to-end integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, CO, QM, and PP
  • Participate in the Realization, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases of the project
  • Provide functional support after implementation and during the stabilization phase
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams, including ABAP, to ensure compliance with defined requirements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional relevant experience as a functional SAP PM Consultant
  • Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP PM implementations, preferably within S/4HANA
  • Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and asset management
  • Hands-on experience with PM-MM, PM-CO, and PM-QM integration scenarios
  • Confident English communication at B2 level or higher, in both written and spoken forms
