Role description

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive financial planning, reporting and strategic analysis initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, forecast and analyze variances between actual and forecasted results for internal reporting
  • Support pre-sales activities through financial modeling for new deals
  • Utilize internal systems including CRM to manage operational data
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of utilization, seniority mix, billing rates and other operational metrics
  • Prepare external reporting including client spend forecasting
  • Compile data and insights for internal and external governance meetings and reporting
  • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Present analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics preferably in an international environment
  • Background in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with large datasets and financial reporting tools
  • English level B2+ (written and verbal)
