Responsibilities

• Data Pipelines: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs and results.
• Deployment & Integration: Help deploy AI agents into production environments and integrate them into existing workflows.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Evaluate model performance, test for accuracy, and tweak algorithms for continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for AI model architectures, data pipelines, and deployment processes
• Scale: Build highly scalable solutions that can leverage large data sets effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
• Experience: 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI, or machine learning
• Practical experience with LLM-based systems
• Data Handling: Working knowledge of SQL, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, .NET is a plus
• Work experience in a cloud environment, preferably AWS; CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/observability
• Independent, self-managing contributor
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling; familiarity with NoSQL technologies
• Problem solver
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
