Description
- Provide first-level IT support for office users and production-related needs.
- Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Assist in supporting production line equipment from the IT infrastructure side.
- Support system monitoring, maintenance, and backup activities.
- Assist in documenting system changes, layouts, and IT procedures.
- Provide professional and friendly support to internal users.
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Support remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and guided problem-solving.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support personnel when necessary.
- Record incidents, issues, and resolutions accurately in IT logs or systems.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and procedures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related fields.
- Comfortable communicating in English in a professional environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems; Linux knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of LAN/networking concepts.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Previous internship or exposure to manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of backup software, Cisco switches, or FortiGate firewalls is a plus, but not mandatory.
