Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, coach delivery teams and drive technical excellence within our organization. You will act as a change agent who helps teams grow into high-performing units while ensuring strong collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate various meetings at the area level including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and sprint review
• Facilitate technical meetings and use technical knowledge to pinpoint issues
• Promote an Agile Way of Working and mindset for all stakeholders including Management, Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters and teams
• Identify technical problems and guide teams towards solutions
• Support multiple delivery teams on their journey to becoming High Performing
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and maintain broad awareness of architecture
• Advise teams by combining technical and people knowledge to stimulate autonomy
• Act as triage for issues and questions before they are assigned to DevOps Engineers
• Challenge teams on their substantive choices and act as a third eye for the team
• Enable teams to continuously grow and understand team dynamics and environments
• Guide teams to create business and customer value and improve delivery quality
• Ensure good collaboration between teams, Product Owners, Architects and Business Owners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within technical delivery teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies such as daily standups, backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Background in software development processes including code reviews, deployments and coding practices
• Understanding of DevOps principles and the full product lifecycle
• Skills in facilitating technical discussions and translating them into actionable solutions
• Expertise in building high performing teams and fostering autonomy
• Familiarity with value stream management and business value optimization
• Capability to act as a change agent and drive engineering-focused culture
