Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead data pipeline product direction across ingestion, standardization, validation, and warehouse loading. You will translate AI/GenAI use cases into executable delivery plans, align stakeholders with engineering, and steer KPIs and outcomes - apply now.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision, roadmap, and delivery execution for product and GenAI-focused initiatives
• Act as the main bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams to keep alignment and communication clear
• Translate AI/GenAI use cases and business needs into user stories, detailed specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and risk
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and design to sustain productivity, accountability, and reliable delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and keep delivery progressing smoothly
• Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints when making product decisions
• Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with QA to ensure high-quality releases through thorough validation
• Build a transparent, collaborative, high-performing team culture while managing scope, risks, and dependencies

Requirements

• Proven experience of 7+ years working as a Business Analyst leading cross-functional teams and overseeing delivery, or comparable experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or TPM
• Demonstrated background in roadmap creation, stakeholder engagement, and product strategy, with strong ownership in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and delivery management
• Hands-on experience delivering GenAI-related projects
• Ability to partner effectively with engineers and understand system design choices and constraints
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex requirements into actionable deliverables
• Verified track record of owning end-to-end feature delivery cycles
• Practical proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and product metrics to enable data-driven decisions
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Proactive and organized mindset, with a results-driven approach and ability to create clarity amid ambiguity
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
