Role description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our People Science & Analytics team. You will analyze compensation data, generate insights, support compensation processes, and contribute to the development of reports and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks, and translate findings into meaningful insights
  • Support compensation initiatives, including salary review cycles, compensation planning, pay equity analysis, and other compensation-related activities
  • Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarking using internal and external data sources
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical materials to support compensation processes and decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical approaches, reporting solutions, and data products in collaboration with Compensation and technical teams
  • Support ad hoc compensation analysis requests by gathering data, performing analysis, and preparing recommendations
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of compensation data and analytical outputs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, FP&A, finance, reporting, HR analytics, consulting, or other analytical roles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query)
  • Ability to structure tasks, investigate data, and proactively identify solutions
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of data quality
  • Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data with discretion
  • English - B2 level

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and dashboard development
  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or R
  • Experience with compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, or HR data analysis
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
