Associate Operations Specialist

We are searching for a remote Junior Operations Specialist with strong English proficiency to come on board with our team.

This is an entry-level position that doesn't demand previous IT knowledge, since complete training will be delivered. You'll join an international team, contributing to the assessment and validation of technical profiles within a fast-moving, collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reviews of IT professional profiles across a wide range of global markets
• Support efforts to boost the EPAM brand and assist with campaigns to attract top talent
• Efficiently leverage internal systems, tools, and documentation to complete assignments
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless teamwork

Requirements

• Command of English at C1 level or higher
• A minimum of six months' experience in administrative positions, sales, IT research, or similar areas
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to analyze circumstances and draw conclusions from previous actions or data insights
• Adaptable to shifting business demands with a proactive mindset
• Excellent organizational talents for managing several priorities and meeting due dates
• Fast learner with the skill to quickly take in new knowledge and procedures
