Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team responsible for our internal SonarQube platform - the tooling that helps engineering teams maintain code quality and security standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes platform the service runs on
• Own central configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of SonarQube
• Integrate and troubleshoot scanner execution in CI/CD pipelines
• Investigate issues including false positives/negatives in SAST scans
• Act as the vendor point of contact - managing issues, feature requests, and roadmap discussions
• Suggest and implement observability and platform improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering
• Expertise in SonarQube administration and central configuration
• Hands-on proficiency in GCP and Kubernetes
• Skills in Helm, Terraform, and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with application security and SDLC security practices, ideally SAST
• Competency in integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Capability to script, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems
• English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

• Knowledge of Go language for contributing to Piper
