Chief Finance Consultant

We are seeking a Chief Finance Consultant (Accounting and Tax LATAM) to join our regional team. The position will be responsible for the accounting and tax oversight of Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil, actively participating in cash forecasting, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and audits. We are looking for professionals with solid experience in regional finance, an analytical approach, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting and tax processes across the LATAM region
• Manage and track activities tied to regional cash forecasting
• Coordinate compliance with annual tax obligations across the various countries within your area of responsibility
• Follow up on processes and documentation related to transfer pricing
• Provide support during internal and external audits while working collaboratively with accounting firms, tax advisors, and regional finance teams
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management and other relevant departments
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement within the region's accounting and tax processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience or a track record in similar positions
• No less than 2 years of leadership and team management experience
• Hands-on experience in regional accounting and tax management
• Practical experience with cash forecasting, annual taxes, transfer pricing, and audits
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or higher
