(SQA) Software Quality Engineer

A Software Quality Engineer for our Aerospace division, based at our Haifa site

In this role you will

Take overall responsibility for software quality management in programs

Adapt software quality processes to relevant standards

Conduct internal audits

Verify and approve documentation

Serve as the point of contact with customers on software quality matters

Ensure qualification of software development subcontractors

Support preparation for formal reviews and participate in customer audits and certifications

Requirements

B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management

At least 3 years of experience in software development or quality assurance

Knowledge of standards, processes, and tools in product development, requirements management, test management, and configuration management

Familiarity with software development requirements and methodologies for military or airborne applications - advantage

Experience in safety or airborne software certification per DO178C - advantage

Familiarity with AI tools - advantage

High-level proficiency in both English and Hebrew

Strong systems thinking, ability to work across multiple interfaces, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
