Senior Radar system engineer

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our Holon or Be'er Sheva site and take a leading role in the development of advanced and complex radar systems

This position involves full end‑to‑end ownership of system development processes and the orchestration of multidisciplinary integrations within a top‑tier System Engineering team

In this role, you will

Lead complex, multidisciplinary radar development projects from the definition and design phases through technical documentation, design reviews, testing, and final system delivery

Work both independently and as part of the System Engineering team, including requirements management and design reviews

Provide matrix leadership and guidance to engineering and integration teams across the organization

Serve as the primary technical interface with customers in Israel and abroad, supporting ongoing project activities

Lead system‑level integration processes and actively participate in system testing and verification stages

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

At least five years of experience in development within one or more of the following domains: software, firmware, hardware, or RF

Proven experience in writing system requirements, design specifications, and test procedures for multidisciplinary systems

Experience in professional and matrix leadership, working with multiple engineering teams and integration partners

Background in integrating algorithmic, software, firmware, hardware, and RF components - radar system development experience is an advantage

Familiarity with development processes for defense systems and military standards - advantage

Proficiency in simulation and performance analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python - experience with signal processing simulations is an advantage

Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal)

Willingness to travel abroad; strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with quick learning skills, structured and organized working methods, and high attention to detail
